Documents from the Declaration Review Committee (DRC) have been added for your reference. There has been much confusion on how this process works. The VM's under the direction of the residents are the only members that have the authority to change the documents. The proposals come from the VM's, residents and suggestions from our attorney. Please review the attached files for a full understanding.

ARC Submission Forms, Processing Fee and Guidelines.
Complete the appropriate ARC Approval Form and mail or drop off at Fairway Management at 1331 Bedford Drive, #103, Melbourne, Florida 32940. As indicated below, include a $25.00 check made out to Baytree Community Association. For further directions, contact the ARC Manager at arcmgr@BaytreeCA.org or by phone to Rick Brown: 850-371-1673.
Starting May 24, 2021 the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) will meet on every other Monday at the pavilion (weather permitting) to review applacations.

ARC Application Form 09: to be used for all exterior enhancements, except exterior paint.
- $25.00 Processing Fee required
- No fee for application for replacement of removed dead/diseased trees
ARC Application Form 15: to be used for exterior paint
- $25.00 Processing Fee for custom paint colors, including trim and doors
- No Fee for preapproved color schemes found in Baytree Color Book
- No Fee for applications for repainting house in existing color scheme
